About Bre

With over 13 years of experience working in various mental health spaces, Bre has supported individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.

Bre is a trauma and resilience specialist, who works with adolescents and adults who are experiencing mental health concerns.

Bre has dedicated the last 6 years off her career working in the Emergency Department, at one of Australia’s busiest and most respected trauma centres – St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst.

Bre was a leading Senior Social Worker, treating and responding to; mental health crises, substance misuse, sexual assaults, drug and alcohol misuse, family and domestic violence, community disasters (Bondi Junction stabbings, 2024), sudden death and victims of a crime.

Bre was also a part of the inaugural PANDA leadership team who created Australia’s first, and award-winning ward which combines the intersectionality of drug and alcohol + mental health treatment.

This PANDA model of care was so successful, it has since been replicated across New South Wales hospitals.
